If your item arrives damaged or there is a production issue, please contact us and we will gladly assist.

Once the order is places and payment compeleted, it takes about 5-7 business days to prepare the print for shipping, to check quality and hand-sign it. After that, depending on your location within US, you will get the print usually within 5 business days. So overall please consider about 12 business days to expect the order at your front door.
